Personality: Miya used to be a rather loving and caring person, but time's cruelty and the hcanges in her father have changed her.  She was once in love with Mintaka, but upon his return fomr the war, she dumped him without reason.  Those who know her now consider her fickle, and to have a temper if she doesn't get what she wants through her many devious ways.

Short History:

Miya is the daughter and only child of the ruler of the Island Nation of Kiret, to the east of Crystal City.  She moved away from the royalty to Crystal City, and it was there she met Mintaka. Their lvoe for each other grew, but as the war to the south swung ito gear, Mintaka headed there, leaving her to wait.  In that timeframe, she changed, and when he returned, she seemed to no longer care about him or much of anything, and left him.  She returned to Kiret, and rejoined the royalty, a changed woman.
